1. These are the direct licensing guidelines of ‘Skryptcha’ as a licensor to the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia PPCA.

2. We only provide non-exclusive licenses.

3. We offer licenses for transmission, webcasting, recording/release and live performance.

4. These licenses are separate from any license required in respect of the underlying copyright in the music and sound recording or music video.

5. To enquire about direct licensing of any Skryptcha sound recordings or music videos please contact Angus Mead on +61414796448 or info@skryptcha.com

6. We require your full name or company name, ABN, contact details, a brief description about you and or your company.

7. Once you have provided us with this information we will get in touch with you to discuss whether a direct license is likely to be appropriate in the circumstances.

8. After speaking with you we may require further detailed information. Once you have provided us with any further information we will provide you with a quote for the license fee.

9. The license fee includes the cost of preparing the license agreement and sending you an appropriate format of the sound recording or video. License fees vary depending on the type of use you are making of the sound recording or music video.

10. If you accept our license fee you must notify us in writing of your acceptance. We will then prepare the license, which sets out the terms and conditions under which we grant you the license.

11. We grant licenses for all periods from one off events to long-term periods.

12. We grant licenses to all types of businesses and venues but availability of sound recordings and music videos is ultimately at the discretion of the artist.

13. The music sound recording or music video must ONLY be used for the agreed purpose of the granted license and may NOT be sub contracted or forwarded on to any 3rd party person or company for use without permission.

14. Once you have paid the license fee and signed the license agreement you are able to use the sound recording and/or music video in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license for the required works.

15. As an alternative you may also apply for a blanket licence from the PPCA by contacting them at www.ppca.com.au
